What Actually Works? The Experiment
With my experience in fitness, my certification as a personal trainer, and my own longing to understand the body more I have decided to try each product and provide the results to my readers.
I do this out of my own desire to keep myself interested. I do this to get reliable information out to my community. I am an ideal candidate.
The experiment is thus: Try each diet for a specified time and see what the results are. Some could be detrimental- and bring down a torrent of side effects. Others could be effective and positive.
The diets range from meal replacement shakes to low carb intake to lemon detoxes and meal deliveries to your door.
