What works?

Who Am I?

Why am I the ideal candidate for such a stunningly foolish experiment?

I have my qualifications in fitness instructing and have a good history in testing what is right for me, an what actually works. I enjoy working with people and being apart of the community, and helping others.

I currently work from home and have access to my kitchen at all times, so I am coming from a position of a home working environment without children to look after, no major stresses to misdirect my focus, and also currently no office or 9-5 work situation that will give my day structure.

Food is my Kryptonite. I am obese am I’m targeting my nutritional habits with as much firepower as I can muster.

As an ‘big boned’ early twenty-something woman I am dead centre of the demographic of those diets.

So are they effective?

Can the average working woman stick to it?

What happens when you stop?

Hopefully I can answer some of these questions for you. And if you have any more questions don’t hesitate to leave a comment on my blog. Given these products are Australian please give leeway as I’m sure these products are manufactured internationally.

I started this project at 150kg.

Short term goal is to be at 140kg by 28th of October (that is a 1kg loss per week).

My ultimate goal is to reach 76kg.
